We are willing to accept a return on any item that you’re not happy with.  Give us a call to arrange for the return.  Any item you choose not to keep will be refunded.  If an item is defective, we’ll also refund your shipping charges.  Just call the Crystal Cache at 303-847-1314.

Conditions:

·         Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of the date of receipt.

·         Returned items must be in original condition

·         Goods must be in their original packaging.

·         Upon receipt of the return, we will credit the card you used for payment for the amount of the purchase, less shipping.
