We are willing to accept a return on any item that you’re not happy with. Give us a call to arrange for the return. Any item you choose not to keep will be refunded. If an item is defective, we’ll also refund your shipping charges. Just email the Crystal Cache at crystalcache@gmail.com. Please include the order # with any inquiry.
Conditions: Merchandise may be returned within 21 days of the date on the receipt. Returned items must be in original condition. Goods must be in their original packaging and packaged to ensure no breakage upon return. If you paid for your purchase with a credit card, the credit will be applied to the same card.
